Hampshire and the Solent Combined County Authority (HSCCA) seeks a Programme Manager to lead delivery of high-profile programmes, ensuring governance, affordability and measurable benefits for the region. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Delivery & Digital, you will coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders to realise strategic priorities.

You will manage risks, drive change, and provide leadership to delivery teams while collaborating with government partners to realise

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex transformation programmes with significant funding and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex programmes from initiation to closure with strong governance and budget management.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Drive organisational change, ensuring service continuity and successful adoption of new ways of working.
• Manage programme risks, issues, resources, budgets, suppliers and reporting to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, suppliers and government stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
