Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Programme Manager (Bids & Execution) in our Training Transformation Services team. The role is hybrid, based near Reading or Harlow, and focuses on delivering change programmes and bid proposals to grow the business and secure opportunities.

You will lead the full programme lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and build trusted relationships with customers and partners. Eligibility for BPSS and SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programmes in regulated environments.
• Proven end-to-end bid/proposal management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen aligned with business goals.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with MOD and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable program delivery plan for new opportunities and support transition into service.
• Drive the full program lifecycle, from proposal development to contract award, mobilisation & execution.
• Programme Delivery - collaborate to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Lead and manage complex proposals supporting strategic growth and customer expansion.
• Identify and mitigate risks while exploiting opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated delivery across all programme elements.
• Champion PMX best practices and foster continuous improvement and flawless execution.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
