Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Program Analyst to provide programmatic, budgetary, and contractual support for multiple Army PM programs. The role involves financial advisory work and oversight of planning, programming, budgeting, and execution across funding lines.

Required are a Bachelor's degree, 8 years' experience, and a Secret clearance. Expertise in GFEBS, P-Forms, POM/WSR, and budget execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience required.
• Security clearance (Secret) required.
• Experience in systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling, including POM, P&R forms, spend plans within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advisory services for budget for one or more funding lines.
• Advise management on analysis, evaluation, and oversight of planning, programming, budgeting and execution of PM programs.
• Apply fiscal law and policy to ensure fund execution complies with regulations.
• Develop correspondences such as orders, directives, SOPs, reports and staff papers.
• Ensure program initiatives align with DA goals and objectives.
