Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Building and optimising the production schedule.
• Coordinating with Production Team Leaders.
• Communicating production capability and constraints.
• Maintaining the monthly Production, Sales & Inventory plan.
• Updating Line of Balance charts.
• Monitoring Work-in-Progress jobs.
• Tracking performance through Daily Management practices.
• Highlighting risks to customer delivery.
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Experience using Sage, Oracle, or another ERP/MRP platform

Confidence with Microsoft Power BI or similar analytical tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication abilities

Self-starter attitude
