Qualifications

• CIPS qualification preferred.
• Minimum of five GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar purchasing role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage Purchase Orders while ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and align with company needs.
• Address delivery accuracy issues and build supplier relationships.
• Create and maintain item and Bill of Materials (BOM) records.
• Process Purchase Orders for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align purchases with operational needs.
