• Proven experience in procurement management ideally within luxury care hospitality or other multi-site environments.
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance cost quality and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with a collaborative values-led approach.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with office presence three days pw.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy across the group ensuring quality compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and drive service excellence.
• Oversee procurement processes across multiple sites ensuring consistency and transparency.
• Collaborate with the development team to support supplier relationships on new home projects.
• Line manage a Procurement Officer providing guidance and development.
• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with senior leadership.
