Job summary

Sea Global, partnering with a leading telecoms organisation, is recruiting a Senior Procurement Manager to own a broad portfolio including contract management, supplier relationships, RFPs, renewals and cost optimisation.

This role requires leadership across multiple business areas, end-to-end procurement ownership, and a focus on delivering measurable commercial value through effective sourcing and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in procurement or related roles.
• Proven contract management experience with procurement and tender processes.
• Strong supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and RFP experience.
• Comfortable working across multiple areas in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver procurement and supplier management activities.
• Own end-to-end RFP processes and drive streamlined sourcing.
• Deliver year-on-year cost savings and support CPI/RPI negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage contract reviews.
• Support supplier risk reviews, compliance activities and risk updates.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and generate financial benefit.
