The University of Strathclyde in Glasgow seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to strengthen the centralised procurement team within Finance. You will drive strategic sourcing, contract management and value-for-money outcomes across designated categories, reporting to the Category Manager.

Working with NMIS and internal stakeholders, you will ensure procurement activity complies with Public Sector regulations and contract law, delivering robust, commercially sound agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a strategic procurement environment.
• Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Legislation and contract law.
• Proven track record delivering robust, commercially sound contracts.

• Manage a portfolio of procurements and deliver value for money across the University.
