Anglian Water Group Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager (Chemicals, Materials and Process Plant) to lead sourcing and category management for over £200m of operational spend. This hybrid role is based in Peterborough, 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements to be discussed at interview.

You will shape category plans, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance while developing a high-performing team within Anglian Water's governance and the Procurement Act 2023.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen.
• Influencing and negotiating skills.
• Leadership potential (people management, coaching, or project leadership).
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in bid assessment.

Responsabilités

• Lead category plans and sourcing strategies for Chemicals, Materials and Process Plant.
• Conduct contractual negotiations and implement cost controls.
• Develop and coach a team; drive supplier performance and framework management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and The Procurement Act 2023.
