Job summary

Polo Managing Agency seeks an experienced Head of Pricing Oversight to lead pricing governance across Lloyd’s syndicates. You will supervise pricing frameworks, challenge methodologies, and ensure profitability and compliance while supporting growth and market leadership.

You will be a senior member of the Actuarial Function, guiding strategy, collaborating with Boards, Underwriting and Lloyd’s, and shaping pricing policy and reporting. London-based, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Non-Life actuarial experience in London/Lloyd’s market preferred.
• Qualified actuary or equivalent.
• Strong pricing governance and framework knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing frameworks and governance for Lloyd’s syndicates.
• Provide independent review of pricing methodologies and assumptions.
• Lead actuarial function within PMA pricing and underwriting.
• Collaborate with senior management, underwriting and Lloyd’s stakeholders.
