SES Engineering Services are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead the North West region and deliver our pre-construction strategy across high-profile, complex projects. You will coordinate bid teams, manage stakeholder inputs and drive winning tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Produce, own and implement project bid strategies and customer plans.
• Engage with functional leads and Senior Leadership Team to agree bid teams and adapt to tender requirements.
• Ensure all bid team members understand their roles and outputs.
• Ensure all bids are carried out and settled in accordance with SES governance.
