Job summary

ADP is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the UKI region from our Staines or Cheadle offices. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) and offered on a full-time fixed-term contract until January 2028, reporting to the Director of Business Excellence within the PMO.

Travel between ADP sites is required. Key responsibilities include defining scope, managing changes, engaging ExCom and ESI stakeholders, and delivering benefits on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate level.
• 5 years' operational experience, preferably in payroll / Human Capital Management.
• Experience of managing complex projects.
• Project Management qualifications an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects in detail including scope and deliverables.
• Manage changes to project scope and avoid scope creep.
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are defined and documented.
• Communicate with and manage key stakeholders at all levels including ExCom and ESI.
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate as required.
• Lead the project and project team, ensuring benefits are defined, measured and delivered.
• Estimate, negotiate and manage resources / costs for delivery.
• Identify and manage risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are closed out with effective handovers to BAU.
