What you’ll be doing
  • Transform briefs into territories, insights into angles, and strategy into a creative vision.
  • Co-build creative strategies with the team for events, activations, forums, or brand platforms.
  • Write creative briefs for teams and follow through on projects.
  • Collaborate with art directors, scenographers, project managers, producers, and clients.
  • Develop concept notes, content and communication strategies, mood boards, and naming proposals.
  • Conduct in-depth research, identify trends, and synthesize insights into compelling narratives.
  • Craft presentations that tell strong strategic stories with logic, clarity, and impact.
  • Actively participate in brainstorms, trend monitoring, and the development of new strategic and creative formats.
Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • 5+ years ofrelevant experience, including at least one significant experience as astrategic plannerorbrand strategistin agency.
  • Fluent or near-nativeEnglishspeaker(able to write, present, and discuss ideas with nuance and clarity) and bilingual fluency in French.
  • Proveninternational experience,having worked in multiple markets, or collaborated in cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to connect cultural, social, and consumer insights to business and creative opportunities.
  • Capacity to balance creative thinking with strategic rigor and practical execution.
  • Genuine interest in experience design, brand storytelling, and 360° communication.
Nice to have
  • Fluency in additional languages besides English and French.
