Job summary

A leading arts and crafts retailer is seeking a People Partner to support workplace culture and business growth. In this full-time role based in the field, you will advise leaders on talent management and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include delivering strategic HR solutions, enhancing workplace culture, and supporting recruitment initiatives, all while collaborating with Area Managers and HR teams. Candidates should have proven HR experience and strong analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid working model and various company benefits including a pension contribution and discount schemes.

Qualifications

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience, preferably in retail or multi-site roles.
  • Able to coach and develop managers to deliver improved performance through their people.
  • Confident in building relationships and influencing others.
  • Solid employment law knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Area Managers to drive the people agenda.
  • Collaborate with managers to deliver HR solutions that support company goals.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters ensuring fair practices.
  • Participate in projects and carry out other duties as required.
