Role Summary

As TalkTalk transforms from a Telco to a Techco, our People and Culture Team seeks a highly experienced Strategic People and Talent Business Partner to help shape this future. This senior, hands-on role requires a proven track record in strategic people partnering, translating our people and culture strategy into actionable, business-aligned initiatives for transformational outcomes.

You will be a trusted advisor to our Executive Committee, providing strategic leadership, identifying and delivering people solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, simplify our structure, and foster a high-performance, engaged culture. Your expertise in organizational design, talent management, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial to our growth and cultural transformation.

Key responsibilities include establishing effective ways of working, prioritizing initiatives, enabling self-service capabilities, and creating a positive, innovative environment aligned with our strategic objectives.
