Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd., recruiting on behalf of East Lancashire College Group, seeks a proactive Business Development & Engagement Officer. You will build relationships with employers and community organisations to boost engagement and promote the college’s training, apprenticeships and adult education across Lancashire.

Qualifications

• DBS checked and up to date (Update Service)
• Level 3 qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or related subject (Desirable)
• GCSEs in English and Maths (Desirable)
• Level 4+ qualification in Business Development/Management (Desirable)
• Full-time position and employer-facing role across Lancashire

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, businesses, community organisations and key stakeholders to increase engagement.
• Identify employer and community training needs and promote apprenticeship programmes.
• Generate leads and develop partnerships to grow the college's provision.
• Represent the College Group at external events, meetings and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders to develop courses and achieve curriculum targets.
