CyberOne is a pure-play Microsoft security partner focused on realising the full value of Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra, Purview and more. We are seeking a Senior Azure Security Engineer to drive partner success, growth and exceptional service delivery.

The role is hybrid with monthly London office reporting, requiring close collaboration with partners and CyberOne teams to align services, renewals and strategic initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Support the Head of Customer Success in delivering a world-class partner success function.
• Support renewals, service enhancements and client retention activities.
• Maintain visibility of renewal activity, pipeline opportunities and partner growth.
• Engage regularly with partners both virtually and face to face understand client requirements and align CyberOne services.
• Support for partner onboard where required
• Identify opportunities for partners to expand their cyber security offerings through CyberOne solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Act as a central coordination point between partners and CyberOne teams.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly service reviews.
• Support in partner monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Support account planning and strategic growth discussions.
• Strengthen long-term partner relationships.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations and Technical teams.
• Support onboarding, fulfilment and customer requests.
• Manage escalations professionally and transparently.
• Provide clear communication and service updates to partners.
• Promote a consistent partner experience across CyberOne.
• Produce service reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain Monday.com and operational systems.
• Assist with reporting, project coordination and contract administration.
• Generate Statements of Work, service schedules and welcome packs.
• Partners view CyberOne as a strategic extension of their business.
• Retention remains strong and predictable.
• Partner satisfaction is consistently high.
• Growth opportunities are identified and realised.
• Internal and external stakeholders remain aligned.
