Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Directors' diary is updated and maintained daily.
  • Answer and prioritise incoming emails, making decisions on required actions.
  • Organise travel arrangements for the Director including international travel.
  • Provide secretarial support for meetings, including management of agendas and minutes.
  • Record and track progress of Directors' actions.
