Qualifications

• Deep expertise across Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain).
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven ability to build long-term trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Oracle solution authority for a portfolio of customers.
• Mentor and coach consultants to progress into higher-value roles.
• Work with Customer Success and Account Management to identify upsell opportunities.
