Job summary

Page Executive seeks an Operations & Supply Chain Director to own end-to-end supply chain management from Far Eastern manufacturing to final delivery, driving cost efficiency and service excellence. The role leads warehouse operations, S&OP, and supplier relationships to improve lead times, quality and unit cost.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operations leadership experience within a distribution, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, S&OP, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and fulfilment operations.
• Far East supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience leading Health & Safety at an organisational level.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capability.
• Experience implementing process improvements (Lean/Kaizen/5S or similar).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the company's supply chain from manufacturing to delivery.
• Own warehouse operations, driving accuracy, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Lead S&OP, aligning demand forecasting, production planning and inventory strategy.
• Oversee logistics and fulfilment to ensure on-time, in-full delivery at optimal cost.
• Drive supplier relationships and disciplined sourcing for cost and lead-time improvements.
• Promote Health & Safety culture and regulatory compliance across functions.
