Job summary
KSD Support Services Ltd is seeking an Operations Director to oversee all operational activities in tandem with the Managing Directors. You will translate strategic plans into operational plans, sustain Health & Safety excellence, and help embed continuous business improvement across the operation.
The role requires senior leadership experience, a track record in facilities management or related services, and a strong focus on costs, IT literacy, and stakeholder engagement at SMT/Board levels.
Qualifications
- Senior operational leadership experience in facilities management or a related service industry.
- Strong track record in Health & Safety management and driving excellence.
- Ability to translate strategic plans into clearly defined operational plans.
- Experience directing multi-function or multi-site teams, including Account Managers and Helpdesk operations.
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on cost control and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities across KSD Support Services with the Managing Directors.
- Sustain Health & Safety excellence across ongoing operations.
