Job summary

Eden Scott is supporting a leading energy organisation in Aberdeen to recruit an experienced Network Architect. This senior role shapes and leads the future network environment across a multi-site business, defining strategy, standards and long-term roadmaps to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Network Architect or senior network leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, security and cloud connectivity.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing third-party suppliers.
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the network architecture strategy, standards and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise networking, security and connectivity solutions.
• Design secure, resilient network environments across multiple locations.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of network professionals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align network capabilities with objectives.
• Manage relationships with telecom providers and third-party suppliers.
• Champion network security, governance and business continuity initiatives.
• Support business transformation projects through expert network design.
