• Experience in managing, mentoring, and training staff in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Understanding of Human Tissue Authority Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of Mortuary, Bereavement, and Medical Examiner Services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HTA Standards and Codes of Practice.
• Develop and deliver financial and service strategy, monitoring the service budget.
