Selfridges in London is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to monitor supplier commitments and make strategic recommendations to the buyers team. You will manage allocations, oversee DC stock, and provide regular reports while collaborating with Retail Operations to ensure optimal stock flow across stores.

The role demands strong numeracy, analytical skills, and proficiency with systems such as Retek, Excel, RMS and RPM.

Formación

• Must be experienced at Assistant Merchandiser level.
• Requires strong numeracy and analytical ability.
• Proficient with systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• High attention to detail in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review store stock levels with Allocator and make recommendations.
• Oversee re-ordering continuity products.
• Monitor stock levels at the DC and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations on stock queries.
• Analyse OTB strategies and escalate issues to lead Merchandiser.
• Provide weekly, seasonal and ad hoc reports and FP analyses.
• Identify stock transfer opportunities and oversee allocations.
• Assist with WSSI updates and OTB planning and phasing.
• Coordinate sale setup and be the main contact for operations.
• Manage markdowns and RTV processes from start to finish.
