Job summary

Blatchford is seeking a Material Supply Manager to join our planning team at the Head Office in Basingstoke. You will own end-to-end materials supply for externally sourced and internally manufactured parts, ensuring availability and ERP data integrity to align with demand plans.

You will manage 40-50 supplier relationships, drive procurement performance, and protect the build plan through effective escalation and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end materials supply for externally sourced and internally manufactured parts.
• Oversee tactical purchasing and supply execution; manage buyers and supplier performance.
• Ensure continuity of supply across external vendors and internal streams; align ERP signals with demand plans.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships (40-50 key suppliers).
• Support resolution of supply issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
