Qualifications

• HNC level qualification and 3 A levels.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or similar roles.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and SD; PP beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and timely supply of components and the smooth flow of materials to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate despatch plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Plan production orders based on customer call-offs and resolve conflicts through negotiation.
• Take full ownership of the production plan and ensure plan adherence.
• Escalate supply issues promptly when targets are missed.
• Analyse demand forecasts and liaise directly with customers.
• Monitor and manage stock levels and variances.
• Input and update customer schedules within 24 hours of receipt.
• Navigate customer portals and systems to avoid disruption to dispatch or production.
• Maintain and update master data in SAP regularly.
• Resolve system errors (e.g., COGI) to ensure accurate data and material flow.
• Manage material changes linked to engineering modifications (GECOS).
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the logistics value stream.
