Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking a Management Accountant to produce monthly financial information, budgets and forecasts, and provide robust financial controls and analysis. You will report to the Financial Controller and work with senior management to drive commercial and project profitability in a defence and maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting processes and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
• Familiar with ERP systems and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial information including P&L, balance sheet, project reporting and KPIs.
• Provide timely management information to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support external audit and internal controls improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to streamline finance processes.
