  • Excellent negotiation skills at a senior level.
  • Professional proposal preparation and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs.
  • Essential IT literacy and administration skills.
  • Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales strategy focused on achieving goals.
  • Manage and motivate Major Account Managers.
  • Maximise revenue from Major Accounts through regular visits.
  • Assist in compiling tenders and proposals.
  • Monitor service levels and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports for Group Major Account Director.
  • Attend regional and national sales meetings.
  • Prepare annual team budget.
