Qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate/commercial law role.
• Proven expertise in M&A joint ventures ideally within the energy sector.
• Experience in a leading legal advisory team (in-house or private practice).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver legal support across strategic projects and transactions.
• Act as subject matter expert on M&A joint ventures and corporate activities.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide clear commercial legal advice to senior stakeholders.
