Job summary

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking two dedicated programme managers to support the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) delivery. You will work with senior leaders, partners and service teams to turn ideas into meaningful change, manage dependencies and ensure readiness for vesting day and subsequent phases.

• Strong governance, reporting and risk-management skills.

• Support the design, planning and implementation of LGR delivery across operational services.
• Coordinate complex workstreams, manage dependencies and readiness milestones.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and progress updates for governance forums.
• Lead and support discovery, due diligence, options appraisal and business case development.
