• Provide executive leadership for the integrated portfolio spanning user support, library operations, scholarly communications and digital systems.
• Report to the Chief Operating Officer and Registrar and unite professional communities to deliver the university strategy.
• Lead in leveraging data and insight to improve outcomes and align physical and digital environments with strategic goals
