Job summary

Guildhall School of Music & Drama is seeking an exceptional leader to join as Head of Student Services. You will oversee welfare, disability support, counselling, safeguarding, accommodation and related services, ensuring an inclusive, high‑quality student experience across the School.

Reporting to the Director of Student & Academic Services, you will shape strategy and drive improvements. You will lead specialist teams, engage with multiple stakeholders, and align services with UK HE

Qualifications

• Experience leading student services in a higher education context.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, wellbeing, and welfare regimes in HE.
• Ability to advise on policy, risk and service improvement.
