The Sigma Trust seeks an exceptional Strategic Lead: Pastoral & Alternative Provision Strategy to shape a brand-new internal Trust Alternative Provision across 12 academies. You will drive scoping, business cases, and safeguarding, embedding therapeutic reintegration into mainstream classrooms.

You will lead behaviour excellence, align with external agencies, and collaborate with school leaders to deliver high-impact, evidence-based interventions while upholding safeguarding commitments.

Responsabilités

• Establish Internal Alternative Provision: lead scoping, business case, operational design, and DfE registration for a new internal Trust AP, embedding reintegration pathways.
• Drive Pastoral & Behaviour Excellence: design, monitor, and scale evidence-based behaviour strategies across all academies.
• Oversee Quality Assurance & Safeguarding: create frameworks for external AP placements, evaluating safety, progress and cost-benefit.
• Support Vulnerable & At-Risk Pupils: partner with leaders and external agencies to deliver high-impact interventions.
• Provide Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: liaise with behaviour leads and partners to share practices and report metrics.
• Participate in performance and development reviews with a focus on learning and training.
