Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited is seeking a senior leader to drive new business and commercial propositions across procurement and supply chain. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into viable supply chain concepts and push continuous improvement through new implementations.

The role requires strong strategic, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with travel to client locations and a track record of successful mobilisation and implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience within procurement or supply chain.
• Proven experience leading bids, tenders and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement and supply chain workstream across new business opportunities, bids and tenders.
• Translate client requirements into commercially viable supply chain solutions.
• Develop supplier strategies to optimise cost, service and inventory.
• Model demand, lead times, costs and working capital for new opportunities.
• Support commercial negotiations and client presentations.
• Ensure solutions align with quality standards and governance.
