North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Strategic Lead for Highway Maintenance & Operations to shape the borough’s transport infrastructure. Strategic Lead for Highway Maintenance & Operations

This is more than just managing roads, it’s about shaping the backbone of our borough. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team covering street lighting, drainage, structures, flood risk, and more. You’ll champion safety, innovation, and value for money, ensuring our highways are maintained to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with local communities, elected members, and regional partners to identify priorities, secure investment, and deliver real outcomes. Whether it’s developing a new asset strategy or responding to complex infrastructure challenges, you’ll be at the forefront of change.
