Qualifications

  • Proven experience of embedding Business Continuity and/or Incident Management systems.
  • Experience planning and organising complex activities autonomously.
  • Evidence of managing policy implementation and framework development.

Responsibilities

  • Embed Business Continuity framework and complete BIAs.
  • Lead Incident Management framework ensuring high-quality investigations.
  • Provide strategic insights linking incident trends to corporate risks.

Skills

Exceptional relationship‑building and influencing skills
Analytical reasoning and independent judgement
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Clear and concise report writing

Education

Degree or equivalent experience
Relevant governance/risk qualification (e.g. IRM, BCI Diploma)
