A global engineering partner is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of clients in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in account management within the IT sector, a strong track record in managing high-value portfolios, and a technical understanding of delivery processes. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in account or delivery management within software/IT.
  • Proven experience managing $5M portfolio and multiple client relationships.
  • Deep technical understanding of the full SDLC and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand a portfolio of 10–15 accounts with ownership over strategy.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
