Job summary

Quickline is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead our IT and Telecommunications procurement strategy. You will own complex sourcing, manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and partner with senior leaders to drive commercial value across a strategic technology portfolio.

The role requires extensive category management experience, strong negotiation skills and a track record of influencing stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement and category management, across IT/telecom environments.
• Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations with favorable commercial outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, cloud, telecoms and managed services models.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and building credibility across functions.
• Commercially minded, analytical, balancing value creation with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own IT and Telecommunications category strategy to align with technology roadmap and business goals.
• Lead complex sourcing activities from market analysis to tendering and contract awards.
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers to drive performance and value.
• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation.
• Support growth through cost optimisation, smarter technology investments and risk management.
