• PMO Lead / Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in federated, multi-site organisations.
• Experience within structured governance environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and change management practices.
• Willingness to travel across multiple UK sites.
• Desirable: Solution/Enterprise Architecture exposure.
• Desirable: ERP programme or platform experience.
• Desirable: Manufacturing sector background.
