This pivotal role reports to the CIO, sits on IT and divisional leadership teams, and focuses on turning technology into measurable business value across the division.

Qualificações

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Understanding of how technology supports manufacturing operations.
• Background in IT, business analysis, solution or operations with a BA-style approach.
• Experience in large, complex federated or matrix organisations.
• Strong governance, business case development and change management.
• Excellent communicator capable of influencing at all levels.
• Energetic, self-starting and pragmatic.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the strategic link between Group IT and the Division.
• Identify opportunities where technology adds value and turn into actionable statements.
• Collaborate with technical and architecture colleagues to shape solutions.
• Build business cases and guide initiatives through governance and delivery.
• Contribute to divisional technology strategy with the CIO.
• Champion SAP and Workday across the division.
• Partner with Group Business Services to uncover efficiency opportunities.
• Be visible on site in Doncaster and travel as needed.
