Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Issue Management Analyst to support the 1LOD Risk Management framework. You will maintain issue records, track remediation and provide governance-ready MI across a global business, ensuring timely closure evidence and high data quality.

The role offers hybrid working in London, with opportunities to engage with risk & control professionals and governance stakeholders within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to review and interpret large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Good Excel skills for trackers, analysis and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day Issue Management workflow: create, track, remediate and close issues.
• Maintain complete issue records with ownership, rating, dates and closure evidence.
• Triage new and existing records for data quality and completeness.
• Track remediation actions and escalate overdue items to owners.
• Support governance with meeting packs, action logs and updates.
