Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is recruiting an Inventory Planning Manager to support one of its largest construction programmes in Essex. You’ll ensure materials are planned, ordered and available on time, coordinating with Construction, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

The role focuses on standardising inventory planning and stock control, driving improvements in stock accuracy and cost efficiency, and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory planning and stock control.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP/MRP systems.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Review and optimise inventory planning and stock management to improve efficiency.
  • Implement standardised replenishment and stock control aligned to construction timelines.
  • Collaborate with Construction, Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor stock levels, storage capacity and material demand for the Essex programme.
  • Provide KPI reporting and recommendations to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation.
