Job summary

STOP THE TRAFFIK is seeking an experienced intelligence professional to lead the intelligence cycle, using OSINT and research to identify trends and risks in human trafficking. You will synthesise evidence from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable prevention guidance.

Working with Data and Technology teams, you will develop analytical approaches, produce briefs, reports and trend analyses, and inform programme design.

Qualifications

• Substantive experience in intelligence, analysis, investigations or research.
• Ability to translate intelligence into practical action.
• Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intelligence cycle and identify priorities and gaps.
• Develop research and analytical approaches.
• Assess and synthesise information from multiple sources.
• Produce assessments, briefings, reports and trend analysis.
• Identify emerging risks and changes in exploitation.
• Turn intelligence findings into practical prevention recommendations.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Brief colleagues and partners on findings.
