Job summary

The Insolvency Service is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to conduct wide-ranging analysis across multiple data sources, informing enforcement strategy and supporting court-ready evidential analysis. You will brief investigation teams, present findings, and contribute to strategic lines of enquiry with guidance from a dedicated analytics line management structure.

Qualifications

Experience conducting complex analysis from multiple sources, evaluating reliability and suitability.
Ability to produce analytical products for operational decision making and for court use.
Strong briefing and communication skills with investigation teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate intelligence from multiple sources and assess reliability.
Conduct analysis to support law enforcement objectives using appropriate tools and systems.
Identify gaps, patterns, trends, threats, and opportunities; develop recommendations.
Produce and present analytical products to inform operational decisions.
Deliver evidential analyses suitable for court proceedings and briefings to support risk management.
Provide direction and recommendations to investigation teams and enhance analytical skills.
Support wider analytical team with ad hoc tasks and innovative methods.
