J.P. Morgan is seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to join the International Private Bank, Wealth Management Solutions team in a multi-faceted role focused on project and organisational management.

Working with the Head of IPB Solutions, you will drive the operating rhythm, support strategic initiatives, and provide executive-ready materials to enable timely decision making. This visible role requires strong discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to keep workstreams

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business management or project management, preferably in financial services.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce executive-ready updates.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Support the Head of IPB Solutions with headcount and budget planning.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership meetings, governance forums and senior reviews.
• Produce regular management updates for the Head of IPB Solutions and the leadership team.
• Track actions from leadership meetings and ensure closure.
• Run the operating rhythm: schedule sessions, prepare materials, capture actions and owners, and drive follow-up to closure.
• Maintain central documentation, trackers and templates for consistency.
• Coordinate across regions and lines of business to keep workstreams aligned.
• Raise risks and escalate as needed.
• Maintain governance across the strategic initiatives portfolio.
• Assist prioritisation: intake tracking, initiative taxonomy, sequencing and capacity views.
• Produce monthly portfolio reporting on status, risks, decisions, milestones.
• Coordinate engagement for large client initiatives.
