Qualifications

• Experience providing strategic, commercial and financial advice on infrastructure capital projects
• Strong analytical skills and numerical capability
• Knowledge of Better Business Cases NI and public sector appraisal methods

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic advice on approaches to development, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects and contracts
• Critical review and development of business cases in accordance with Better Business Cases NI and Green Book
• Providing commercial and financial advice on procurement of major investment projects and public services
• Managing engagements and junior team members on projects
• Maintaining day-to-day relationships with key client contacts and ensuring responsive service
• Ensuring quality and risk management procedures are followed
• Applying innovative techniques to solve complex client problems
