Job summary

Atlassian Williams F1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to provide commercial and category expertise across indirect spend. You will consult with internal and external stakeholders, support sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships to optimise performance.

You will collaborate with the CI team, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and lead contract negotiations to deliver value for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the procurement process for an assigned portfolio of categories within Indirect Procurement (Facilities, Capex, Maintenance, Consumables, Tools).
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with compliance to contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to secure favourable terms and ongoing value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goals and drive commercial opportunities.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives within category plans.
• Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Analyse procurement data to identify savings, trends and KPIs.
