Accenture is seeking a senior HR and Professional Services Category Lead for EMEA. The role designs and evolves the HR/PS strategy while ensuring day-to-day operations, working with Procurement Delivery to execute initiatives across regions.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, monitor contract coverage, and drive a global/regional procurement agenda with a focus on analytics, reporting and continuous improvement. The position is primarily home-based with some office presence.

Qualifikationen

• Deep working experience in HR and Professional Services procurement.
• Ability to understand client requirements and execute procurement strategies.
• Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and HR/PS industry.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders and high customer satisfaction.
