Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Strategic HR and Workforce Planning Lead to shape talent pipelines across the UK. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves managing succession planning, pay and career pathways, and senior stakeholder engagement.

You'll work remotely with travel to sites, primarily Midlands and the North. The role offers a pension, health resources, volunteer day, and learning opportunities to develop your potential within Veolia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of complex workforce planning within a large matrix organisation.
• Knowledge and experience of talent mapping and succession planning.
• Strong experience of strategic workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Experienced project manager who can deliver multiple strategic initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning to maximise capability and drive cultural change.
• Manage succession planning and talent pipelines.
• Support annual pay, bonus, objective setting, and career pathways.
• Lead Voice of Resourcers survey process and action planning.
• Partner with Senior Managers to provide strategic HR solutions.
• Drive behavioural and cultural change initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
• Leverage company analytics to inform stakeholder decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and ER team to deliver effective people solutions.
