Job summary

A facilities management company in Stockport is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to influence strategy and manage employee relations. This role offers a salary up to £40,000, flexible working hours, and opportunities for personal development. The ideal candidate will have proven multi-site HR experience, a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification, and expertise in ER/IR management. Qualifications

  • Experience with managing complex ER/IR issues and change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR team in policy development and compliance.
  • Design and implement HR and Payroll processes.
  • Manage employee relations cases and high-risk matters.
  • Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Identify performance improvements across the business.

Skills

Proven HR Business Partner experience in multi-site or large organisations
CIPD Level 3 minimum
Experience managing complex ER/IR issues
Experience with payroll processes
Strong private-sector HR background
Line management and coaching experience

Education

CIPD Level 3 minimum (full or part-qualified)
